The Ramada Resort Port Vila, located on Erakor Lagoon, Port Vila, Vanuatu, has been awarded the annual Best of Ramada by Wyndham, which recognises the brand’s top-performing hotels and their teams. Ben Smith, the hotel’s general manager, accepted the award from Ramada by Wyndham and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts leadership. ‘Receiving this honour is a testament to the work of our hotel teams in delivering top-notch hospitality day in and day out,’ says Smith.
To be eligible for the award, hotels must demonstrate strong quality scores, the completion of human trafficking awareness training, and remain in good in fancial standing. The Ramada Resort Port Vila is an 80-room apartment hotel offering complimentary breakfast, an outdoor swimming pool, a fully equipped fitness centre, meeting and event spaces, a restaurant and bar, direct beach access, and free wifi throughout the property. Apartments feature kitchenettes, flat screen televisions, upgraded bedding, private balconies with lagoon views and spacious living areas.
